The owner, Shanty Helim, who lives in Rainham will hold the momentous event at 1pm BST on Thursday, 22nd June.
‘I took part in Housesimple’s livestreaming service because I wanted to sell my home as simply as possible’, she told the Romford Recorder.
‘Arranging a viewing over Facebook Live seemed to me the perfect way to allow potential purchasers to ask me questions, look around the house, and make an offer, in a much more convenient way’, she said.
Ms Helim’s bungalow is on Housesimple’s website as well as on Right Move and Zoopla.
Housesimple claims one of the homes listed on their site was sold in just 50 minute and said online technology is quickly changing how people sell properties.
