So it may surprise fans to hear that Kyle Sandilands, 45, has admitted that he wouldn’t mind gaining ‘an extra inch’ down there.
Speaking to The Kyle And Jackie O Show‘s medical expert Dr KIIS on Tuesday, Kyle expressed interest in penis enlargement surgery, which involves cutting a ligament in the penis to extend its length.

Kyle enthusiastically said: ‘Yeah, but when you’re dealing with me, that’s bloody good. An extra inch is pretty good. Anyone wants an extra inch!’

‘What are you laughing at?’ An indignant Kyle asked Jackie, who was giggling hysterically.
‘It’s funny when its not about you – but when it ‘s about you it’s hurtful!’ Jackie managed to splutter out between laughs.
‘But it is about me, it’s hurting my feelings- my penis is massive!’ Kyle hit back at the troll.
