Six people are dead, including a baby girl from Phoenix, after powerful dust storms causes a huge pile-up on the New Mexico interstate.
Seven cars and 18 commercial trucks crashed on the westbound I-10 near Lordsburg as strong winds and dust storms buffeted the state at around 5pm on Monday.
Five people died at the scene, while a sixth succumbed to their injuries at hospital.

The fatalities include Jose Elias Caraveo-Serrano, 30, his wife Susana Carevo, 29, and their nine month old daughter Julissa Carevo, all from Phoenix, Arizona.
Jose Manuel Clemente, 77, and his daughter Maurella Clemente Munoz, 38, a married mom-of-one, both of El Paso, Texas, also lost their lives along with Josefina Silva, 47, of Escondido, California, KOB4 reports.
Several more were injured in the 25-vehicle interstate pile-up and had to be rushed to local hospitals.
Police say high winds caused limited visibility from blowing dust.
Arizona Department of Transportation officials said the I-10 was closed for about 60 miles, with eastbound traffic stopped just east of Willcox, and was finally reopened early Tuesday.
Family and friends have paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the crash.
Zaira Bugaquez, who was a cousin of the Clemente family, who were huge New England Patriots fans, wrote in Spanish: ‘There is mourning in my soul for your departure.’
Another relative, Juan Carlos Caraveo, added that they were going to ‘miss them forever.’
